MSI SmartCampaigns provides users with a powerful variable data print (VDP) engine for delivering personalized communications. The workflow begins with the user selecting an artwork template, specifying the areas that are variable, and either uploading their data file or using a previous list. Alternatively, through seamless integration with our data partners, a user can purchase a list online and apply that data.

Users can specify advanced data rules that control the messaging each recipient receives. Items such as text, images, and background can be swapped out based upon several criteria, such as age, sex, income, or location. Files can be output into a range of formats including Optimized PDF and industry standard PPML. Through OPS' support, JDF files can be automatically dropped in to existing workflow applications for a hands-free process.
